We do not host content
3stik does not upload, copy or store videos on its own servers. The service only helps users reach a file that the original platform is already serving publicly. Removal requests therefore usually need to go to the platform hosting the content.
Sending us a notice
If you believe our service is facilitating an infringement of your rights, email us with the full details listed below. We treat every valid notice seriously.
What the notice must include
Your notice should state: a description of the protected work, the exact link to the infringing material, your contact details, a statement that you believe the use is not authorised, and a confirmation that your information is accurate, together with the signature of the rights holder or an authorised agent.
After we receive a notice
We will review it and may block the relevant links from the service. Where necessary we will come back to you for clarification before acting.
